@oleivarrudi Also, this isn't how snow really accumulates! In reality, everything would slowly whiten uniformly, which I never got around to finding a way to make look good

@oleivarrudi It uses a large scale noise pattern to create random patches and takes into account the heightmap so grooves fill first. Looks okay for things like the cobblestones, but shallower height differences like the flagstones look worse in comparison.

I wish unity had a way to dynamically scale the intensity of normal maps based on the rendering resolution. Lower res generally needs harsher settings to pop

@oleivarrudi That's how I approached things like dynamic snow amount, height, angle, etc. so tweaking them doesn't require updating any materials x.com/The_Rabbit42/s…

@oleivarrudi Sadly, the default shaders don't expose normal scale globally, but if you're using all custom shaders(s), you could potentially add a multiplier as a global property that you change at runtime.
