Because they eat like birds. They don’t really obsess over food or care for it apart from it being a necessity to survive. They aren’t big foodies or into cooking. They eat small portions, take ages to finish something and feel full fast. Usually type A and high perfectionist or ambitious types.

@doeyecals I actually love protein and vegs. I cook from scratch. I don't eat shit (fast food, supermarket bakery slop, processed food in general.) And I don't want to. I don't drink my calories (no weird drinks everyday. water w/electrolytes yes.)
