Kids who aren't at UCT or Wits are humans and kids too and deserve our support and outrage. The country would be at a standstill if that kid was murdered at any of these two universities and there's no reason it isn't at a standstill rn.

We all at some point wish that we were taught more about mental health from schools before university. There are labels and stigmas attached to mental health and their is a need to extinguish such beliefs, and educators need to be at the forefront of such actions.

White pupils were injured at vanderbijl last week & taken to private hospitals, government paid. Black student, Mlungisi Madonsela was shot for protesting for free education, taken to a hospital & was left unattended & subsequently died because there was no one to claim the bill.
