This is crazy!!! I just moved into this estate two days ago.. Today a woman came to my flat to tell me about their "recognition fee" According to her, once a new tenant moves in, he or she is expected to pay the sum of ₦250,000 as "tenant recognition fee" The ₦250,000 will be used to buy drinks and gifts to officially welcome the tenant.
