“The influence of the kind of neo-isolationist, restrainer wing of a party is waning as real life hits them over the head with a frying pan,” said Tim Chapman, president of Advancing American Freedom politico.com/news/2026/03/1…

Sample is one of the most important supporters of the Latin mass. He represents an actually “traditional” Catholicism—a Catholicism invested in the Church and attentive to its teachings—unlike various trad Cath influencers. x.com/USCCB/status/2…

Catholics are called to reject antisemitism and the lies and conspiracies that fuel it, and to stand clearly against hatred and violence directed toward our Jewish brothers and sisters. To defend religious freedom with integrity, we must also reject antisemitism. @ArchbishpSample @archdpdx Watch the full video at: ow.ly/sYF550Yw6cA

TCA Senior Fellow Ashley McGuire shares her concern about Cardinal Müller, staunch defender of the Faith, joining via video the Catholics for Catholics "gala" tomorrow on the Feast of St. Joseph. Some of the other featured speakers, including Carrie Prejean Boller and Candace Owens, have unfortunate histories in disparaging the Jews. Ashley writes: "We need to clear the Catholic air. The Catholic Church fully and unequivocally condemns antisemitism in all its forms." @AshMcG

Notice, carefully, the phrasing. “He is responsible,” “he deems necessary,” “President Trump concluded,” etc, etc. This may be the first time in her political career that Gabbard did not try to take credit. There is literally not an “I” or “me” in the whole statement. Everything puts the burden and responsibility on the President. The naive, the foolish, and the unfamiliar will want to be charitable here. But when a career politician releases a statement like that that takes no credit, shares no responsibility, and wants no applause, it is a signal of opposition to the effort and a signal to Gabbard’s supporters that she is not on board with the operation from which she has been marginalized. Perhaps she’ll go all Joe Kent in her congressional testimony and try to go out in even more spectacular fashion.
DNI Tulsi Gabbard@DNIGabbard

Donald Trump was overwhelmingly elected by the American people to be our President and Commander in Chief. As our Commander in Chief, he is responsible for determining what is and is not an imminent threat, and whether or not to take action he deems necessary to protect the safety and security of our troops, the American people and our country.  The Office of the Director of National Intelligence is responsible for helping coordinate and integrate all intelligence to provide the President and Commander in Chief with the best information available to inform his decisions.  After carefully reviewing all the information before him, President Trump concluded that the terrorist Islamist regime in Iran posed an imminent threat and he took action based on that conclusion.

The Republican base supports President Trump in the Iran War. President Trump must finish the job and defang the Iranian regime once and for all.

Antisemitism has no place in the Republican Party or the Democrat Party. But the difference is that Republicans are actively fighting back against the external forces trying to turn the GOP into an anti-Israel party.

From one Catholic to another: your removal from the commission has absolutely nothing to do with your faith. You hijacked the commission with your crazy and hateful antisemitism. There are wonderful Catholic leaders still serving on the commission. Your main character syndrome is exhausting.
Carrie Prejean Boller@CarriePrejean1

🚨President Trump officially removes me from the Religious Liberty Commission for exercising my Religious Liberty. The only Catholic woman who opposes Zionism was removed as a prelude to the Iran war. This is the email I received from the White House informing me that my position on the Religious Liberty Commission was terminated. Here is my open letter to @potus 🧵⬇️

What I actually find most interesting about this data is that this is a general pattern in polling about Trump across a host of issues, but many on the right are now looking saying "OMG the numbers are awful outside of MAGA, we need to spare Iran." From tariffs to deportation, it's the same pattern, but none of those people want to change course on those issues.
Mark Dubowitz@mdubowitz

Media: “MAGA is splintering on Iran” because Tucker, Candace, Bannon and Megyn say they are. Polls:

Plenty of great people on X — but many more pushing warped agendas on behalf of nefarious interests. It is not real life. X incentivizes conflict for the sake of conflict, radical ideologies, and sub-human behavior. Thank God the American people are much better than that.
Axios@axios

Most Americans are too busy for social media, too normal for politics, too rational to tweet. They work, raise kids, coach Little League — and never post a word about any of it. This isn't a small minority. It's a monstrous, if silent, majority. axios.com/2026/03/11/ame…

It’s unconscionable that Democrats are refusing to fund DHS while we’re at war with Iran and have witnessed recent terror attempts. DHS has made concessions: ➡️Noem is OUT ➡️Homan REPLACED ➡️ ICE is OUT of MN Yet Democrats keep demanding more.

The Left believe it’s the government’s responsibility to give unlimited hand outs and benefits to the American people. However, AAF’s David Burton warns America is on track for a historic financial crisis if Washington fails to rein in spending.

The Democrat number here is discouraging—but to be expected given the anti-American trends in the radical liberal left. The real danger is the populist new right, led by people like Tucker Carlson, convincing more and more Republicans that the American project is deeply flawed and that we no longer are a force for good. We can’t let either side’s cynicism win.

AAF PRESIDENT @TimChapman says the quiet part out loud. "The reality is that failing to address affordability will likely result in Trump’s impeachment. Not because mismanaging the economy is a high crime or misdemeanor, but because if Democrats take back the House, they may impeach Trump to appease their radical base."
Tim Chapman@TimChapman

Affordability is the #1 issue heading into 2026 — and the GOP is getting it wrong. Price controls, easy credit, and tariffs are demand-side band-aids. The real fix is on the supply side. Get this wrong and the consequences are severe. washingtonexaminer.com/restoring-amer…
