It was great last week to visit two different clinical teams who are making innovative and efficient use of precious space by using for Echo during the day and converting for ENT sleep services at night - learning from each other as a result too. Thank you! #oneteam @uclh

Sometimes in the NHS it’s easy to feel you just cannot win. Today’s event showcased 30 posters on how teams are delivering real improvements in patient flow in the hospital. Incredible. I was blown away by what people have achieved. Today, it felt like we were winning.
