@HMRCcustomers why do you guys just hang up on people rather than putting them on hold anymore? I'm sure if I didn't pay you my taxes you'd be on my case in no time but when I need help fro. You guys you're very difficult to get hold of.

@HMRCcustomers Yes please, I'm trying to get hold of some of my previous tax returns as I need some proof of my business. I'm logged into my HMRC account but can't see anything with my previous tax returns on there other than how much I paid in tax that year.

@SkyHelpTeam sky q mini box doesn't work properly. first it kept disconnecting now it's just a blank screen. Guide still shows up though.
