i thought i was going to die - before getting me arrested petra hind had said something about me being due for another heart attack - and i was having a melt down in custody beliving i really was going to die, to be killed

i had phoned police and was in a right state, told them i had the hammer, that i was back in my flat - i didnt go out again. i didnt harm, anyone, i didnt chase anyone, yet they arrested me 12 or so hrs later on, kept me against my will for nearly 24hrs

im needing to go to hospital - still - for scans and the last time i went about this r064 michael mansano was hiding behind inside flat c door and waited until i had locked my flat door and then he opened flat c door and 'ambushed' me and followed me down the stairs

hes going now - he will be back later on with van r064 to continue his harassment of me.

the camden council harasser is in flat c again - r064 parked out - he left flat c earlier this am and has come back again - im feeling anxious again and want him to keep away from me, where i live.

A cat named Muffin has been visiting a library in Quebec almost every day for years.📌 He shows up on his own, waits by the door, and greets people as they walk in. Staff say he knows when the library opens and closes, and which entrance to try if one is locked. 👍👍 He’s been escorted out more than once, but he always comes back. as it stands the police with give you a kicking, cause you truama, cause you to need hospital treatment, and make a mash referral about you [yet continue to arrest, detain and cause as much additional truama as they can] its confusing imo cruel, etc etc

as it stands i have been referred to adult social services at least 3 times since 6 march 2025, again more recently and spoke with someone on the phone but havent a clue what happens next, not received anything in writing, a follow up letter, its all so patchy
