Our project is visiting #Bremen this week, learning how @DiakonieBremen are working with @stabi_bremen and others to mitigate #loneliness and increase #socialinclusion. (And rubbing the statue of the Musicians for good luck.)

The I2I partners are visiting @Gemeente_Assen, learning more about how great initiatives such as #MijnBuurtAssen, the theatre school @Loods13 and @joinusstichting are working with #socialinclusion.

We are all set up for #YoungAdultCarerActionDay in @AbertayLibrary together with @AbertaySA and @ToInclusion. The team is raising awareness of #StudentCarers and working on providing support mechanisms and resources that fit their unique circumstances and help reduce isolation.

Our Scottish colleagues from @AbertayUni paid a visit to @AgderUniversity this week. On the agenda was transnational cooperation, dissemination and publications in our project on social inclusion.
