Most cross-chain DEXs today are basically whole blockchains pretending to be apps.
They spin up validators, relayers, oracles, collateral auctions…
Basically everyone except your grandmother is involved.
All of that just to move assets between chains. Efficient? Absolutely not.
@Pact_Swap takes the opposite path.
They ask the obvious questions:
“Why not let each blockchain verify its own stuff… and have a smart contract simply coordinate the swap?”
