@AmericanExpress I am supposed to get a $10/mth credit for a US based mobile service with my Platinum card. Google Fi is a US based mobile phone service. Why don't I get a credit for that? #nothappy

@tmobile The most revengeful of all providers. Network locked my Android phone 3 months after I moved away, in the middle of a trip. After being a customer for 20 yrs. Shame on you!!

@WellsFargo Refinanced our house, they collected taxes already paid and now not paying taxes. Just received penalty notice.

@googlenest Google Home is fine, but my TP-Link devices aren't working still. I've narrowed it down to their connection to my @netgear #orbi mesh router. Trying to get in touch with @netgear now

@TPLINK I recently install the TP-Link Kasa switches all over my house and suddenly (last week) 75% of the switches are not connecting to Google Home. What can I do?

@TPLINK @Netgear My TPLink Kasa switches stopped connecting to my #Orbi routers last week. Replacing #orbi with an old #Asus router and everything is normal. Please help.

@Tofi There is an Google update , Can you just update the Google home app and check the same.Tried to unlink TP-Link in google home. Tried to re-link and look for new devices.Hope that helps. #gHelp

@googlenest @TPLINKHelp That's what I'm hoping for. I don't want to go around and change all those switches all over again. I have a couple of Meross switches and they are working great.

@Tofi We appreciate your efforts. Your switches needs to be properly configured and can be controlled using the Kasa app before linking it to your Google Home. Hopefully, our friends from @TPLINKHelp would hop in soon.

@googlenest I can control some of them with the Kasa app. Other's have a flashing green light. I tried restarting the wifi but that doesn't seem to work. I thought I'd delete one and try and add it back in, but that didn't work either

@Tofi Got it. Can you still control your switches using the Kasa app? Could you try saying "Ok Google, sync my devices" and let us know how it goes?

@Tofi We understand and we're sorry for the trouble — this is to refresh your devices' connection. Also, could you tell us what's the response you're getting from your Google Home when controlling your switches?

@googlenest I have a mesh wifi (Netgear Orbi) and all switches are connected to the same SSID. I have a mixture of HS200, HS210 and HS220

@Tofi Hey there, we came across your tweet and wanted to chime in. Does all your TP-Link switches are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and still working using their own app? Also, have you tried rebooting your Google Home, switches and router for a minute to refresh the connection?

@googlenest I have about 10 Google Home devices and about 50-60 light switches, 3 wifi APs etc. I have to turn everything off throughout the house? That's pretty extreme.
