Help needed! The Alumni Discount process seems broken. I’ve contacted multiple support channels and keep getting sent in circles with no answers. Frustrating, especially as a former employee. @JonFreier@TMobile

@TMobile Why is your Home Internet Backup SIM cards IMEI locked to only t-mobile router? Please make them compatible with the UniFi 5G Backup device, or at the very least allow us to put the tmobile gateway into bridge mode.

If you have a @Google Voice number, and have gotten no responses to texts you send to contacts on @TMobile, apparently T-Mobile is flagging GV texts as spam. I rely on GV during my workday to communicate with chronically ill members of my family during my workday. Fix it soon!

Contacted @TMobile sometime ago due to them accidentally taking off my free lines and putting it back on. They said they would need a week if I’m not mistaking to investigate it because I’ve been getting charged for a while now for those “free lines”. I just never had time to
