You can say Johnson or Wyandotte County are purple, but the state itself is safely red.

Never Trumpers exist in the Democratic coalition without repeatedly bashing the party and demanding it take specific stances in exchange for their votes. If this is how he’d like to be treated, he should consider adjusting his own posture.
