VMWare Workspace ONE Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM Oldu, peki Checkpoint Capsule ne oldu? Bildiğiniz gibi Checkpoint ve VMWare çok güçlü iki teknoloji şirketi, ancak zaman içerisinde her şirketin stratejileri değişiklik göstermektedir. Bunlardan en dramatik olanı VMWare şirketinin 2023 yılının Kasım ayında Broadcom şirketine satışı olmuştur. Ancak bu satış sonrasında şirket özellikle VMware’ın End-User Computing (EUC) bölümünü ayırıp başka bir yatırım şirketine devir etmişti. İşte bu noktada EUC ürünü olan VMWare Workspace ONE yani MDM ürünü artık hayatına yeni bir isim olan Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM olarak devam ediyor. Özetle bu ürünü artık yeni bir marka üzerinden alabilirsiniz. Temel olarak aynı ürün olup tabi ki geliştirmeler var. Bir diğer değişiklik ise yine pek çok kurumsal müşteri tarafından özellikle cep telefonlardaki mail sistemlerinde aktif kullanılan CP Capsule ürününde oldu. Bu ürün için ise ne yazık ki EOS durumu söz konusu, yani artık isteseniz de bu ürünü satın alamıyorsunuz. Hemen burada piyasada bir boşlık oluştu tabi, özetle ben capsule kullanıyordum şimdi ne kullanacağım derseniz 1 – Microsoft Intune 2 – Omnissa Tabi ki her şirketin iş ihtiyaçları farklıdır ama özetle artık capsule dönemi bitti, yeni dönemde destek lazım olur ise bize ulaşabilirsiniz. @itstacktr

@david_obrien Yes definitely, TCO needs to be taken into account. Even taking a mature o365 e3 & em&s e3 org with 200-300 users, to e5 throughout would be about 25-30 days of pro services (excluding UAT) if they wanted Defender for Cloud & Identity as well as Endpoint. Let alone AVD/WVD.

Has anyone done a full cost breakdown for cyber security products for a typical organisation, by user? From endpoint to SIEM, to cloud, etc. Would be an interesting exercise. Sometimes feels like people recommend "all the tools" without really taking the cost into account. I feel like @UK_Daniel_Card has had something like it quite a while back.
