Truth is always strong no matter how weak it may look, a lie is always weak no matter how strong it may look.

You ever wonder why there's been a rise in many chronic diseases amongst Africans? Just look at the food, that Africans have been taking, now that they're better than they were during colonization. The mentality Africans have towards organic and processed foods is the key Organic foods like - millet, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, kapenta, beans, maheu are now considered BACKWARDS and a sign of poverty Processed foods like - white rice, bread, fresh chips, fried chicken, juices, fizzy drinks are now considered CLASSY and a sign of wealth Add on to the fact that, majority are now living the sedentary lifestyle, not much physical activities, you end up with a disaster Lesson: What may be good for your tongue, may be bad for your stomach

If you want your wife to respect you and submit to you. Make sure that she's not the one paying the bills for her feeding, the house rent and the school fees and upkeep of the children. Then, you'd have every right to divorce her and not feel like a failure. Because a woman that wants to stray would stray regardless. But you as a man, should not give her any justification for that. And it doesn't matter if you paid 10 school fees and she paid for just one. That one that she paid for, is what she would use. The 9 that you paid for is not her business, if she wants to destroy you. But some of you men don't understand this, because you expect your women to think like you, and be as considerate as you are. Isorite.

A married man shared his story of how his wife was complaining about him not being present because of his job. Then he planned with his boss, & told his wife that he has resigned so he can be more present. His wife didn't take it lightly, & went ahead to plead with his boss to reconsider. What does that tell you? She knows that as woman, she can ruin her marriage when her husband is unable to provide for her and the children. But she was in her feelings when she was complaining, and she just voiced it out not minding the consequences of what she said. I have always said that: women's greatest enemies is not their fellow women, but their feelings. If you are not wise as a man, you'd do their bidding at the moment to please them, thinking that you're doing it because you love them. They would deny you ooo. Imagine if that man wasn't wise? His wife would just start cheating and insulting him for being a useless husband and father. You must stay 5 steps ahead of your wife as a man. Listen to her, but make sure you weigh the consequences of acceding to her feelings. Otherwise... "Are you not a man?" "Did I ask you to resign from your job?" "Even if I did, are you not supposed to be the head of this house?" "Stop crying like a child, you married me, so deal with it" "Can't see your mates?" End.

If you don't provide for your wife and children as you should as a husband and father. Your wife is more likely to cheat on you, unlike a wife that is being provided for. If she doesn't cheat on you in marriage, she's more likely to leave the marriage so she can be with other men without guilt. Except she's working and shouldering your responsibilities for you. That also, brings another level of disrespect. As a man, you will have to choose to either stomach the disrespect or she makes a decision to leave you. If she's kind enough, she would leave with the children. If she's not, she would abandon the children with you and go about her daily life. I know that there are exceptions to these issues. But like I always say: do not pray to be the exception, because that exception may not be you. And I am not saying that you should go and steal to be able to meet up with your responsibilities as a man. That in itself, is another failure on your path. So you young men must learn this. You're not women. You have a dick and you're supposed to be the head of your family. Especially those of you in your 20s. You either sit up now, and learn that as a man, women are more loyal to their feelings, than your sacrifices. If you're waiting for a woman to pity you or love you, you're on your own ooo. The moment you sign up to become a husband and a father, you have decided to take up the responsibilities of being one. The earlier you do this, the better for you. If you like, be looking for pity. Your fellow men won't even pity you for too long. It's all on you. End.

I helped my neighbor fix her washing machine. She was so grateful she said, “Thank you so much, I could marry you.” I couldn’t believe it. You do something nice for someone, and they threaten to ruin your life.

A widow has a better shot at another marriage than a divorced woman. A single woman that is not a mother, has a better shot at marriage than a single mother. As a woman, you mostly have just one shot at marriage. Do it once and get it right. Otherwise... End.

All my life, I’ve never seen a grown man broken like this. This Roby guy has spent 11 years of marriage, no child. He kept trying, even did sperm tests… only to find out his wife was secretly on contraceptives the whole time. She made him look impotent while living the wife lived the best life abroad. Tears dropped as he wished he’d had a child out of wedlock.
