Dear Politicians (and others), If you truly believe in protecting children and upholding human rights, you should not be using terms like "indoctrinate" and "woke" to scold educators, school boards, and allies for their law-abiding efforts to protect 2SLGBTQ+ students. It's inappropriate, dangerous and demonstrates your willingness to trample on people's legal rights. Do better.

Great article by a parent of a trans kid on how you support them, what the process is actually like and why kids should not be outed. Love, kindness, and support is what's needed. Hopefully, people can learn from the lived experience of trans families.
