@Trane_Tech Extremely disappointed in @Trane_Tech. I purchased a $13,000 AC unit in 2019/2020, and within a year, the indoor coil failed and had to be replaced.

Replaced a 30 year old Trane HVAC at the office. Amazing lifespan! So @Trane_Tech, why is your thermostat so fucking hard to see, much less operate. Phone App sucks too. Had to use a credit card just to download it & then got a fraudulent charge. You should use @googlenest

Company acts like they didn't make this unit and they act like it is not on warranty, they are horrible so quick suggestion NEVER TRANE AC's

@Trane_Tech This is day 9 of no a/c in 110+ degree weather. Last Monday I was told the replacement coil would be here in 5-7 days. This morning I was told it'll now be 5-7 weeks! WEEKS to fix your defective 2 yr old unit. Replace this unit now!
