First day on the job leading cmmcab.org as CEO. Honored and enthused to have this role. Much work to be done TOGETHER to reduce cyber risk to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Let's build this ecosystem and do our part to protect DoD and our national security...

Once you understand that the JFK assassination was a classic jailhouse plot to exact revenge on both John F. Kennedy & Fidel Castro, you will not only be able to identify the Dealey Plaza Tramps with confidence, but you will know exactly what you're talking about. (Read on.) First of all, the three Dealey Plaza tramps were not three random people. They were three people pursuing a very specific goal: They wanted to remove John F. Kennedy and Fidel Castro from power via what was / is called Plan Judas. The Dealey Plaza tramps were Howard Hunt, David Christ, and Frank Sturgis. HOWARD HUNT, a CIA officer, was a key Bay of Pigs planner. Manuel Artime, a Cuban exile, was his best friend and golden boy. Hunt had envisioned Artime leading Cuba once they deposed Castro. Instead, Artime ended up in Castro's political prison on the Isle of Pines (the Presidio Modelo). They both blamed Kennedy. DAVID CHRIST, a CIA operative, was already doing hard time on the Isle of Pines when Artime arrived in 1961. Artime and Christ shared common cause in hating both Castro and Kennedy, as Christ spent almost three years there before the President finally got him out. (The first five months of Christ's imprisonment occurred during the Eisenhower administration.) FRANK STURGIS was another close associate of Hunt. With regard to Cuba, Hunt was a CIA officer, and Sturgis was a CIA operative. Fidel Castro was their career-defining enemy. Harry Williams, a Bay of Pigs leader who later became Bobby Kennedy's best friend among the Cuban Exiles, also spent hard time on the Isle of Pines. Though he was released earlier than the others (due to horrible injuries), he was there at the same time as Christ and Artime. Are you piecing this together? The JFK assassination plot, which was actually a plot to kill both JFK and Castro (Castro in faux retaliation), was hatched in Castro's Isle of Pines prison by Harry Williams, Manuel Artime, David Christ, and others. They had plenty of time, and even more motivation, to piece it all together. All they needed was somebody like Alexander Haig -- somebody situated at the very top of military / intelligence power -- to run the thing. (See my X timeline.) Harry Williams was the key to the plot. In 1963, Harry tricked RFK into approving an anti-Castro CIA plot. Then they turned that (fake) plot against JFK. Williams was the Judas in Plan Judas. He, his Dealey Plaza-tramp friends, and a few others exacted revenge on the President while convincing the President's brother it was actually his fault. The CIA unwittingly covered up the crime for the assassins because they thought the murder was CIA blowback. LBJ and J. Edgar Hoover prevented the faux retaliation Against Fidel Castro. (See Against Them and Sins of the Vicar.)

Top CIA Physicist Hal Puthoff says that Robert Forward showed in 1984 that ZPE can be tapped via the Casimir Effect for energy and spaceflight propulsion. There's enough energy in an empty coffee cup to vaporize all the Earth's oceans.

I advocate don't pay the ransom for 3 reasons: Practical: you'd be doing a deal w/ a criminal, trusting them to leave/give back access. Technical: you'd be buying a decryption tool that's not guaranteed to work. Ethical: you'd be an active investor in a criminal enterprise.

Fantastic decision by @JoeBiden to nominate @NYCEMCommish Deanne Criswell as the next Administrator of FEMA. She has the experience, smarts, poise, and key relationships to excel in this critical role.

In the Summer of '19 @mastersonmv and the @CISAgov elections team started the #WarOnPineapple to raise awareness about how #disinfo campaigns work. Step 5, "Taking the Conversation into the Real World," is what we saw on Weds when incited insurrectionists stormed the Capitol.

We called out #disinfo repeatedly before & after the election. Yet the President & his campaign/lawyers/supporters fanned the flames for their own selfish reasons culminating with today's objections followed by his video message. WHAT DID THEY THINK WOULD HAPPEN? They own this.

Looking forward to joining @AliVelshi on @MSNBC this evening in the 9pm EST hour to talk cybersecurity and election security. Plenty to discuss this week regarding the former; disappointing that the latter still even an issue needing to be addressed in the 3rd week of December.

Privileged this week to be chairing the 10th @OECD High-Level Risk Forum (HLRF). 37 market-economy democracies taking on big problems like COVID-19, digital risk to critical infrastructure, natural disasters, and climate change. Managing high-level risk is a collective endeavor!
