@TMSuccessful @TMSuccessful Brokers can use a feature called Hot Prospects that shows trucks looking for loads in an area. For newer carriers, it’s a helpful way to get on a broker’s radar and build relationships. If it’s not something you want, you can opt out anytime by calling support.

@Trckstopdotcom or anyone who might know: would love some insight on this. Whenever I am looking for a load, I will simultaneously look at the area where the load delivers to ensure I can get my truck out of that area. I do this multiple times for each truck just to see where I am potentially sending my trucks. The interesting thing is that following a quick search of the delivery area (without clicking on any load or posting a truck), I get calls from brokers asking about my truck in that delivery area. Do brokers see which areas I am searching? Thank you in advance!

TL/DR: 📉 Spot rates weaker for all equipment types in the latest week. Dry van spot rates were down for the 3rd time in 4 weeks, while reefer rates decreased for the 1st time in 5 weeks. Flatbed spot declined for only the 2nd time in 6 weeks. Comment for the full report!

Last night, I wrote an article where I mentioned that fraudsters have reverse engineered Highway and RMIS. Poor choice of words. To be clear, Highway and RMIS have not been hacked, but rather the criminals have figured out the psychology of the humans that control these systems and the vulnerabilities. Both Highway and RMIS are best in class products and every broker should invest in these types of systems to protect themselves from the fraud epidemic.
