Todd Golden said the officials told him Folgueiras threw a punch, but it "did not connect", so it was only a flagrant 1 (with no ejection). He is unsure why Condon also received a technical given he was fighting for ball.

🎙️Sully’s Postgame Comments🎙️ - On the game: Everything was set up perfectly. Uncharacteristic of Ernie, but he’s been great for us all year. It was the guys that came in afterwards that was just not good. I can’t remember a weekend in recent memory that was so disappointibg as this one. No hit on Friday, very passive non aggressive at bats. Got a below average start yesterday. Then today the bullpen just was, I have no explanation for it. Liam came to me before the game and wanted to say something to the team. It was great, we came out with the energy but then it went away. For my standpoint it’s pretty simple, we call the pitches, set the game strategy put them in a position to have success. We can’t be running up and down the dugout getting these guys motivated. It’s the player’s responsibility. Do I have to bring my pom poms to the game and have the coaches running up and down the dugout. They need to hold themselves accountable. It’s a privilege to play here, you shouldn’t need to be constantly motivated. It all started Friday night during in and outs. Disappointing is an understatement. We’re gonna figure it out this week. Florida State and Arkansas looking forward to see who brings the energy. - On the big innings; We gotta buckle down get the last out of the inning. Having issues throwing strikes, unfortunately we can’t schedule all our games at Condron. It’s their responsibility to bring the energy. 18,19 20 year olds we provide everything for them. Eye machine, all the information, splits. Guy today had much better splits against lefties. Why we had an all righty lineup. But it’s their job to bring the energy. We can’t do it for them.
