If you want a "Dealer for life..." DO NOT go to @KARLChevy Ankeny ever. Their svc dept is a joke. Single-handedly lead to @progressive dening a mechanical claim based on the info they provided...with NO diagnosis from their "world class" technicians. 🙄

"Your dealer for life. It's the Karl way." @KARLChevy and @Karl_ChevyElite It's their "way" to misrepresent accident damage to @progressive causing denial of claim. Didn't have a problem taking advantage of a young woman, telling her $2k+ will fix it. BEWARE!
