Be that teacher that isn’t afraid to try and fix things… Your students will ask you questions like “can you help me fix my bike brakes?”

@teacher2teacher Say or do something odd for a collective class reaction. It builds a collective relationship between students & the teacher. I tell a story of my dog with 3 legs all on one side. Then I tell them its name Eileen (I- Lean). Or I talk about MAC Donalds. It just works for me.

Question for all coaches that have coached longer than 10 years. If you could go back to your first day as a coach and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? Mine. Spend more time investing in the hearts of my players and less time on X’s and O’s. Winning will take care of itself when you learn how to win the hearts of your players.

@CoachDanCasey I so love it but in film I would be pointing out to the left half to read the fullback better and run to daylight. The fullback should have had his head on more of a swivel as well. For me Tuff Tight 26
