To clamour for war is easy, to beat the drums of war is sweet, to dance to the tune of the he war drummer is where the task lies. We the children of this generation should learn from the mistakes of the past generation, odighi #Ozoemena must this happen again

Do you know that In 1995, the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson, didn’t just perform at the MTV Video Music Awards 1995 only, he delivered a legendary, era-defining spectacle that reminded the entire world who really runs the stage of Pop. At that time, MTV was struggling with low ratings, but the moment MJ stepped out and launched into that flawless, high-energy medley, everything changed. His performance was so good, iconic and electrifying that it boosted viewership massively that it literally saved MTV from bankruptcy We’re talking precision, presence, unmatched artistry and every move hit like magic. The crowd lost it, the world tuned in, and the numbers skyrocketed. It wasn’t just a performance… it was a cultural reset. Some fans even believe that night didn’t just revive ratings,it saved MTV itself. 👑🔥 That is Why Michael Jackson is the King of Pop

In 2012, I was fresh out of college and I went to China for the Canton Fair. My parents allowed me travel overseas alone for the first time in my life and I was excited. I decided that I will Eat Healthy Oyibo Food so on day number 3 I ate SHRIMP 🍤, I grew up in Bauchi and Abuja as a Child so I have never eaten seafood. To cut the long story short, I am eternally grateful to The Chinese for building an Efficient society and training their people to be Responsive. I didn’t know I was allergic to SEAFOOD, I couldn’t breathe, my Airway was blocked in less than 2 minutes of eating Shrimp 🦐. For the next 2 days, I couldn’t go anywhere, So Now I am an advocate of “EAT WHAT YOU KNOW” because if you get an Allergic Reaction in a wrong country, you may not survive it.

I borderline hate Nigerians who live abroad and only eat Nigerian food.

Michael Jackson made a shocking appearance in a 2006 award night, for the first time since the court pronounced him NOT GUILTY and dropped all cases about him. The noise in the arena was so loud that Michael Jackson's voice wasn't audible, despite him using a microphone. Michael Jackson joined the teenagers to sing the song "We are the world" He felt sooo happy seeing his fans again, as he threw his jacket to the crowd in excitement. This moment reminded him that despite the challenges he was facing, he still had a lottt of supporters and people who deeply respected and believed in him. Before this day, the last public stage appearance he made was in 2001 . . I appreciate you very much for taking your time to read, watch and remember Michael Jackson during this period 🫂 May his legacy continue to go higher. Thank you very much

That time when Michael Jordan taught Michael Jackson how to play basketball in a 1v1, and Michael Jackson couldn’t beat him. Then Michael Jackson taught Michael Jordan how to dance and moonwalk afterwards.

MTN does this every now and then to the average Nigerian consumer. They increase data prices, Nigerians complain online, and you, a senator, have the power to raise it on the floor of the house, but you never do because it doesn’t affect you. Now that Starlink affects you, suddenly you’ve found your voice and brought it up to complain like a commoner begging for bread. If MTN and other local providers actually worked and provided good, stable internet services, you wouldn’t need Starlink now, would you? You tried to escape the Nigerian problem because “I better pass my neighbour,” and now you’re embarrassing yourself in public. All of this could have been avoided if you and your friends in the Senate were not so self-centered and short-sighted. If you fix Nigeria, everybody go enjoy am.
Ben Murray-Bruce@benmurraybruce

.@elonmusk, For months, I have paid ₦49,000 for my Starlink subscription in Nigeria. Suddenly, and without notice, without consent, and without any change to my plan, I am slammed with a ridiculous charge of ₦215,955. Let’s be clear: this looks like exploitation, not pricing. You do not wake up one morning and multiply a customer’s bill by over 4x with zero communication. That is not business, it is abuse of trust. Are Nigerian customers being taken for granted? Is this a deliberate strategy or a gross failure of your billing system? Either way, it is unacceptable. Reverse this charge immediately and explain yourselves publicly. Silence will only confirm the worst assumptions. cc: @fccpcnigeria @Starlink

During the [2005 molestation] trial, I can’t even tell you how many celebrities who he thought were his friends. In his darkest hour, they didn’t want to help out. It was very, very painful and crushing to him. Now, the exception to that is Chris Tucker and Macaulay Culkin, two people I will always have the greatest respect for. I will never forget them. These were two young men, terribly successful, you know, wealthy, popular, young… all of their agents, managers, lawyers were telling them, “Don’t go near that trial,” and, “He’s not going to win, you’re going to be tarnished, it’s going to hurt your career,” and both of those guys said to me on uncertain terms, “When Michael needs us, we’re going to be there. You just tell us when.” I’ve never forgotten the character they showed, the loyalty they showed, the decency they showed, but many other big names who I will not mention were nowhere to be found when we called on them and asked them to help. —Tom Mesereau

Last night, Israeli forces intercepted and boarded a humanitarian aid flotilla bound for Gaza in international waters off the coast of Greece — unlawfully detaining more than 175 people, including several New Yorkers. My team has been in direct contact with State and Federal partners as we work to confirm the whereabouts and conditions of these New Yorkers. This is a brazen violation of international law. Those detained must be released.

When people of the Abrahamic faith (Christians and Muslims) lose a bout they should win, it’s the will of God. God has a better plan. When adherents of the African traditional religion lose the same bout, you people declare juju powerless and mock their beliefs. Hypocrites.

Yesterday’s announcement signals the next phase of Nigeria’s energy reforms. I am grateful to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR @NGRPresident, for the opportunity to serve and to help deliver measurable progress over the past three years — restoring credibility, unlocking investment, and repositioning the sector for growth. (See attached: 3-Year Review of Energy Sector Reforms.) I welcome Mr.@JosephOTegbe as Minister of Power, and Mr. Rilwan Lanre Babalola as Special Adviser on Power and Chairman of the Presidential Taskforce on Power Sector Reset. This is a decisive step to accelerate delivery in the electricity sector. On this Workers’ Day, I salute my team — whose discipline, resilience, and commitment have powered these outcomes over the past three years. The work continues. #WorkersDay #EnergyReform #RenewedHope

A fiery speech by South Africa's🇿🇦 EFF leader Julius Malema, over xenophobic attacks targeting foreign nationals. “You say Zimbabweans take your jobs. Nigerians take your jobs. You march, close shops and beat up people. Tell us after doing that how many jobs have you created, by beating up these Nigerians, Zimbabweans and Ghanaians? You beat people because they took your jobs. You close a shop that hires people. How many have you created after beating and chasing them? Unskilled men, with no skills, none whatsoever, say somebody took away their jobs. I don't want your votes if you behave like that. Take them away. Pushing out of school an African child that looks like you, I will never do that. You can take your votes. Make me die with my conscience very clearly. I will never refuse a pregnant woman of African descent to give birth in the clinics of South Africa. Never!”

Two nations with nuclear weapons will tell you that a nation without a nuclear weapon and under sanctions is still the one that is bad for world peace. One of those “good” nations is the only one that has used a nuclear weapon before by the way! What this tells you and I is that narratives are incredibly powerful! If you don’t open your eyes, you are bound to believe a narrative built for you to believe!

Every baby born in Iran is screened for 56 metabolic disorders — for free. The tech behind it? Nuclear. Built by Iranian scientists. Iran is one of only 5 countries in the world producing these kits. This is just one example of our peaceful nuclear technology.
