You not making me switch anything sending me a DM of war photos, or endlessly filling the timeline with kids in a conflict zone. Why? I get my orders from God. So when all this came around, I prayed. God said wars gonna rage, always. He told me every kid you see living, is a blessing. War has always been a part of our story. Kids surviving and making it out to a hospital? That’s a new blessing. Tribes used to be raid each other for fun. Young ones either became slaves, or worse. This was how it was for thousands of years. So it’s all backwards really, the fact that we’re watching and care is a win. The fact that it’s all of us speaking, instead of Israel just erasing Gaza and Libya is a win. They could. We’re evolving. If it’s your first time being exposed to raw footage it can mess with you. But men aren’t meant to sit around controlled by emotion. We can’t afford that. I got things to do to feed my people and keep my community growing. An maybe that helps me some I’ve been on the unregistered web watching cartels and battles since I was a teen. I’m prob hardened to the effect. I still think it’s good for us to see, to keep from becoming soft. Too soft is inhuman. We’re animals. Divine? Sure. Still animals.
