@myaccessone your support team sucks! The agent hung up on me. You're sending me constant messages to pay a bill for my wife. Why don't you text her? Also you don't call her by her name or last name. Your company looks like a scam. @uchealth, this service looks like a scam!

In December, 2025 I went to @uchealth for a routine check-up from cancer I had in 2021. They caught it early but I go for check-ups every 6 months. My job has changed and I no longer have the same insurance. I now have Kaiser which doesn't work with UC Health but I don't want to change my dr at this point in time. I asked them how much it would be out-of-pocket for the check-up and was told $85. I paid this at the time of service. Last Friday I was notified by UCHealth that I owe $253 for the check-up and $351 for a urinalysis I had done during the visit. They billed Kaiser without my knowledge and Kaiser rejected the claim. In total, I'm being told I owe over $600 for the check-up I was told at the time of service would be $85. I'm now disputing the charge. What makes me so mad is that if I entered the country illegally instead of being born here, the cost to me would be $0. Health insurance in this country is the biggest of all scams.
