@ATinyGreenCell @jrkelly @oakazaki But it’s the required mail order drug program that is burdensome. BCBS (Blue Fep) had a better RX plan, but worse in network provider situation. Cigna PPO had the great providers. We’ll see how it works in California.

It is beyond stupid.

Just imagine what it would be like without health insurance, what many Americans face as our tax dollars are used to bail out or bomb countries who have universal healthcare. America was great and we squandered it to maximize profits so billionaires can lobby for tax breaks.

Why does @Cigna offer "Patient Advocates" when they don't advocate for the patient. Week 3 of fighting with Cigna to approve my medication. Week 3 of my PA "pending" after being told countless times its been "escalated" and will be done by EOD.

okay guys.. even though I’m paranoid I’ll arrive and this will have been wrong, it seems like i finally found ONE orthopedic surgeon who takes my insurance. let’s pray they’re a good one and actually help and listen bc it’s my only option it seems.

I've had Type II Beetus for 4 years and done everything possible to keep it controlled. Unfortunately the meds aren't working and A1c jumped to 9.7 and eGFR is 63. Endocrinologist prescribed new meds but Cigna feels the agent with zero medical knowledge knows more than my doctor... So I can't get meds now and have zero medication for my diabetes... If something happens... Y'all blame Cigna and hold them accountable! Why do I pay $600+ per month just for them to deny obviously needed care?

@Cigna_CSteam I was on Mounjaro 5mg as prescribed by my Dr. Unfortunately I was unable to tolerate the higher dosage (from 2.5mg) which he prescribed. When I went to the pharmacy they told me I could not get an Rx of Mounjaro for six months. My wife spent over an hour on the phone with your people before finally getting someone who understood the problem and helped. Your offshore call center is hurting you
