When @premierinn hotel staff (Hanan) from Southgate are outrageously rude because you’ve had the bare faced cheek to ask for another room because your bed has ants all over it…they refuse. So my sister and her kids had to travel over 200 miles back home at 8.30pm! Disgrace!

Apparently @bookingcom have no problem with security concerns and is discriminatory against disabled people, when they point out a property has since shown it isn't accessible to you. I would suggest NO ONE uses their website.

@bookingcom are absolutely rubbish - impossible to talk to they keep sending me in circles. I booked into somewhere that said it had parking yet new reviews said others are using dedicated parking - which as a disabled person is no use to me! But no one will refund me.
