This is a quick announcement confirming that the recent news about the closure of Kadena LLC, the company developing the Kadena blockchain, has no long-term impact on UNITT. We will continue developing our dApp and building the future of the Creator Economy. The Kadena proof-of-work consensus blockchain will continue to operate independently from the Kadena LLC for the foreseeable future. Moreover, UNITT utilizes a limited number of smart contracts on the Kadena blockchain, which represents only a small part of our overall business logic. If necessary, these contracts can be replaced with equivalents on another blockchain without any fundamental change to our technology stack. The UNITT token will remain the internal currency of the UNITT dApp, and any holdings of the token will be unaffected. Should we decide to transition to another blockchain that offers broader adoption and liquidity for the UNITT token, any exchange will be conducted on a simple 1:1 basis. We acknowledge that the closure of Kadena LLC is inconvenient for us and undoubtedly devastating to a lot of KDA holders (ourselves included). However, rest assured that UNITT is not dependent on the Kadena LLC and holds no receivables from them. In essence, this situation is akin to changing an internet provider: inconvenient and unexpected, but ultimately just another part of doing business. We will keep you posted as our revised strategy and technology roadmap are evolving in the coming weeks. Thank you for your continuing support! The UNITT team
