Hola @UberEats , me parece de broma que haga un pedido y a la hora de abrirlo, darme cuenta que faltan cosas y encima llame a vuestro ryder y me diga que no puede hacer nada, que se hace responsable el restaurante, no me traiga lo que falta tenga que pedir de nuevo lo que falta.

The driver delivered the wrong order. Instead of my SPAR order, I received KFC, which I did not order.
I immediately informed the driver, but he said he did not have my correct order. I have also tried calling him multiple times, and he is not answering.

@UberEats On the 2026/04/18 I made 2 orders, first order no B97EA was delivered at 20h19 and second order no 95B96, the delivery driver claim that I was not at home receive at 20h37. It's a lie, I was at home hence I received the 1st order, refund me and share your driver's no.

driver left my order unattended at the entrance of a busy hotel in Spain and marked it delivered. I went down within 2 minutes—gone. 2 weeks of support responses ignoring this and refusing a refund. This wasn’t a safe drop-off. Please escalate.

@Uber_Support I have tried to have this resolved via chat and got nowhere. I have opened up a case via PayPal instead as your customer service team were useless and kept copying and pasting a line about internal processes and not being able to discuss them. No update on a refund.
We understand how disappointing it is to receive an incomplete order and the difficulty you've had reaching support. Receiving salads without the grilled chicken you paid for is certainly not the experience we want for you.

@UberEats I was charged R811.92 for a late-night work order you cancelled on 8 April, and I’m still waiting for my refund.
Support keeps marking this as “resolved” with no actual refund.
This is really frustrating. Please resolve this urgently or I will escalate further.
