Never a challenge I thought I would manage - Berlin and Dublin in 1 month. Got to 40km ok but last 2.2km was rough. Knocked a minute off my previous best - didn’t have the energy at the end to even lift my arms.

Post of @rdrons encouraged me to find photo of my first poster session in 1993 (Algarve). Cu(II) complex with acyclovir was presented at "Metals in Biol. Systems" conference. Fashion, my appearance and photo quality have changed a bit but principles of science are still the same!
