@UpperCrust_uk Hello, i went to your Charing Cross branch to try to use my birthday voucher. The terms state it is available at any rail station unit and yet i was denied use with the Deputy Manager claiming it’s not on the till. Which branches can i use it at please?

#uppercrust Disappointed with the breakfast baguette from @UpperCrust_uk at Reading station today—served partly hot, partly cold (how?!). Had to bin it. A complete waste of money. Won’t be trying again. #PoorQuality

Never had an @UpperCrust_uk baguette until today and I don’t know if I’m more annoyed with myself paying £5.99 for a dry baguette (lacking mayo) or impressed that I got a free bug? 🙃 either why I won’t be buying one again and I remain hungry on my train journey

£5.19 for ½ a baguette with one sausage (sliced down the middle) at @UpperCrust_uk Using this as an example of how ridiculously expensive things are these days in the UK. We just have to accept it while these huge companies continue to increase their profits off our backs!!

@UpperCrust_uk I have just been to your Manchester Coach Station cafe to try get a coffee to be told they couldn’t serve me one as they have no water. I just wondered why the store is open serving food with no water as surely hygiene requirements cannot be maintained? @foodgov

Not impressed @UpperCrust_uk after singing your prises all day after I realised there was a shop at Birmingham New station I get a “non” Tuna - Tuna and cucumber baguette! Not good enough…… not even any butter to accompany my bread and cucumber - £5.99!!

I’m not impressed with @UpperCrust_uk new bacon baguette. There is little bacon in it and what there is, is undercooked. Their pictures looked much better!
