My vet just attempted to charge 180% year over year increase on an x-ray along with many new line items. After I objected I was promptly met w/ a payment plan offer. No shame. @VCAPetHealth you should be absolute ashamed of yourselves

I have Pet Insurance for Lily. I also have a preventive care plan through @VCAPetHealth. It covers all the preventative yearly tests (including xrays)/care and unlimited office visits. I just got this email this morning. My Care Club plan now covers ER exams!

Wouldn't give him anything to help. Today I took them to my local vet and there's actually hope with only steroids! @VCApethealth is just another big corporation who doesn't care able your pets. Support small businesses and vets! The corporations will kill your pets.

My mom took her dog to @VCApethealth. She even had their insurance plan. 6 months ago he had a bad blood test but they brushed it off, I believe because the scans would have been covered. Last week they gave him weeks to live and told my parents in the coldest way possible!

@VCAPetHealth I left my cat Sylvester on 6/26/24 at the Alton Road Miami Beach VCA. I called multiple times to get. I was left on hold many times up 21 minutes. I was told everyone was very busy and someone would call me back! No one ever did! An entire sleepless night worrying!
