Package has been stuck in Arizona since 7/31… the original ETA was Mon 7/28… @FedEx … at this point in tin I just have to reorder what was in that box, and you’ll cover the bill this time?

@FedEx did not help me at all. Not a thing. I opened up 3 tickets with them, they told me it’s urgent, and they’ll update me asap. I received 0 updates. Meanwhile, the app says my package has been sitting at the same FedEx location for almost a week.
