@Vectorltd we have no hot water again. Your website says to report it on the phone but I can’t get through to anyone. I know this is probably not high priority due to the cyclone damage. But we were without hot water for 4 days a week ago. I just want to report the problem.

@Vectorltd @Vectorltd any news on Henderson Valley? We’re in 5a but not Piha or Karekare so that doesn’t really apply. You’ve said it was fixed Friday, then expected yesterday. We’re now on day 7 with no power or water. If we can get an approx timeline we can make a plan

@Vectorltd day 5 with no power. This I can take, NZ is doing some tough yards, I can grind. All I ask is stop telling me you’ve resolved the issue. It’s a body blow every time you text and say it’s resolved and we’re sat here with no power.

@Vectorltd Hey I’m in 3b (Bald Hill Rd) we have no information, I can’t see a crew anywhere but might be out of sight? Understand it’s busy but website has little info and no way to judge if we should just decamp elsewhere. A week is turning into longer. Thanks
