I made a hard call today. I removed 55% of my newsletter subscribers. Not because I do not value them, but because I finally admitted I was writing to two completely different worlds inside one inbox. Half of you follow me here. Founders and operators who want leverage, clarity, and ways to build without chaos. The other half are gym owners I work with directly. Different problems, different stakes, different language. Trying to write one email for both meant I wrote for no one. So I split it. List 1: for founders (most of you I guess) You get the AI Quick Wins Playbook. These are plug-and-play AI moves that save hours without spending a cent. It is the kind of stuff that makes you say “why the hell am I not using this already.” List 2: for gym owners They receive The Ultimate Gym Retention Playbook. It shows how to keep members engaged, loyal, and paying. It is the exact systems gyms use to stop churn and grow without ads. Both groups will now get two high quality, no fluff insights each week. Written only for their world, not both. If you are a builder, it should feel obvious to be on one of those lists. If you stayed on the list, thank you. It means what I write is meant for you. If you were removed, it is not rejection. It is clarity. The work will be better because of it.

@VelariCapital I hate when people go on social media saying - I'm so exited to share that after months of hard work...

Nobody cares how much effort you put in. If it takes you 10 hours to build a website, while someone else does it in 15 minutes, the only thing that matters is the outcome.

Motivation cannot be trusted. It's unpredictable. You gotta have systems in place. Sometimes you gotta do the work despite not wanting to do the work That's what you signed up for.

Sell to people with money. Obviously. Focus on those who value their time tremendously. Save them time (or money) and they will happily pay.

@danmartell You do not argue your way into a stronger identity. You earn it through repeated evidence until the old story starts sounding outdated

Harsh reality: You can't outperform your self-image. If you see yourself as a loser, you won’t try to win. If you see yourself as unworthy, you'll sabotage success. Your external reality always aligns with your internal identity. You need evidence to change your self-image. 100 days of proof beats 1,000 days of affirmations. Start stacking wins.

Most stress comes from replaying the past or predicting the future. Right now is the only place you can live. Focus on what’s in front of you. Enjoy small moments, they matter more than you think. The present is where peace lives.

Building isnt the main challenge anymore. Its figuring out which product/offer is worth building. Whats one problem your audience will pay big money to solve? Talk to your audience. Understand them well. Then build something helpful.

To start working toward your perfect day, you don’t need to overhaul your existing routine. Instead, you need to find small, achievable wins that will help you improve your life and feel hopeful.

Client payment failed. Sent a personal message. Fixed in 10 minutes. Know them by name. A complex business sends an automated "your payment has failed" email from a no-reply address. Then hopes for the best. Every layer you add is a layer between you and your client.

The Internet is the biggest gift and curse of modern times. Too many people use it to consume, to copy, to conform. But the intelligent use it to create, to put their art into to the world, to attract fantastic opportunities. Make sure you’re on the right.

Buying a house is so much easier than building a home; having kids is so much easier than being a good parent; throwing a wedding is so much easier than living a great marriage; getting rich is so much easier than living a wealthy life; most people lose track of the actual goals:

Building a business that runs without you requires an obsession to letting go. scaling it requires restraint. Start small: Stop solving and start coaching. Document decisions and set standards. Your job shifts from doing --> designing.
