Working on POA with a strong backside hand targeting near side ribs in OZ scheme - @fulcherm28 does a great job setting his angle, driving his backside leg through the mid-line of the defender and connecting his elbow to his lats at contact to take advantage of the torque or rotational force from his hips. Great progression within OZ development for OL athletes. #VFAM
