Update…. Whetstone Road and Birchwood Lane evacuations clear. Evacuation isolated to Creekwood Drive at this time. Multiple Agencies working to clear the incident as soon as possible. Updates to follow.

The VHFD Water team is deploying to assist in potential emergencies related to tropical weather expected to impact Florida along with the Hoover and Calera Fire Departments. We are glad to have the resources to assist whether it’s within our city or across state lines.
