After a midnight taxi trip from Gatwick to Bristol and catching a 6am flight with @jet2tweets, we have finally arrived in Portugal 🇵🇹 🙌😎- thanks to a lovely couple who told us about the Bristol flights. No thanks to @easyJet who did literally nothing to help any of us!

Now cancelled…..app not working for our booking (as we made a change), no-one answering the phone, no flights this weekend and housesitters in our house so we can’t go home……perfect, relaxing break from my stressful NHS job so far @easyJet

There’s a technical fault on our flight. Totally accept it’s not safe to fly and we have been returned to the gate but being stuck on a boiling hot plane with broken air conditioning and not being allowed off is really not ok @easyJet
