@VirginExp I would recommend that no one book experiences through Virgin Experience Days. I have never had such poor customer service in my life, from any company. I am now being forced to escalate my issue (which has been ongoing since October) to the regulator.

@VirginExp nice to see how you treat your customers. I had the most awful experience and was sold a deal which promised a meal at the shard, which wasn’t forthcoming. Ripped me off and told me I can’t even have a refund, what sort of service is this. I have very disappointed!
