Spent the week on call for ITU @RNOHnhs. Now we have COVID ITU patients as well as our surgical ones because there are no other beds. This is me waiting for our first patient in our new COVID ITU (previously recovery). Our ITU nursing staff are amazing, I am exhausted. Stay home
