@Tcarpvols @FSlatefordinner @Timcast True, but still plenty of houses out there. Most want the 2000+sf home with all the amenities right off the bat. Add in extraneous expenses besides the latte and toast, such as nails, phones, cars, $20k+ weddings (could be down-payment or part), etc.., it all adds up.

@SuperSmo18 That’s awesome! Never too late to start! I can’t recommend adding some BJJ in there as well. As fun as karate is, BJJ is that plus some (to me, at least) but staying active is key!

@Volatile_865 I just started last March, but my son has been going for about a year and a half. We both are learning a Korean based style of karate. Our instructor is phenomenal and an 8 time world champion. We are so blessed to learn from him. I’m still get used to fighting at 45 😂

My son and I both competed in our second karate tournament each this today, this one in Bowling Green, KY. It didn’t go our way with medals but we both still did well and I’m super proud of my son for competing the way he did. I love doing karate with him! 🥋

I’m officially an adult today at 34 years old. For the first time in my life, I have purchased a bed that didn’t come out of a close out sale. Also, it’s disgusting how much beds cost 🤮 3 more days until I find out if it was money well spent or not.
