@MunstaMasta I don't mind some of the liberties they take, but they really don't need to keep stirring the pot if it worked just fine before. It's been nearly 17 years without a straightforward Harry and Norman Goblin plotline; make me wonder what kids perception of Spider-man is nowadays.

@MunstaMasta Spectacular was as perfect as you can get with a straightforward Spider-Man show, and Marvel saw that and went, "Never again," and now there always has to be a gimmick with each new show, like Marvel is scared that new fans can't get invested unless they keep mixing things up.

@KFTragic I lowkey really wish the show pulled a plot twist where everyone thought that Kuvira was a villain when in actuality she just really just cutthroat. Imagine if it ended with her and Korra keeping tabs on one another, similar to the original series.

I feel like Sunshine is one of those games where the highs are really high, but the lows are extremely low (pachinko probably being the lowest lmao, the pachinko almost feels as bad as the DK64 Beaver minigame, you don't feel like you're doing anything wrong when you lose)

@MinModulation It's like a Tier, you have leads, followed by supporting cast, then one offs, and finally extras. Your story can survive if you have a strong lead but weak supporting cast but if you have a weaker main lead then you'll need to put in extra work for the rest of the cast.

The thing about "not developing every character" is that stories need focus to be Stories. There will be a principle focus, theme, beat, while other things will have to be peripheral / supporting. If everything's given Equal Weight, then it's not really a story, but a simulation.
