@derminvests @BeOneSpecial $fubo is pointless now. The ESPN app is getting better and better, integrating features that @davidgandler spoke about for @fuboTV but never delivered. They may need fubo skinny bundle as an add-on to ESPN for other networks, particularly during World Cup. So maybe some hope

$fubo. Almost poetic that fubo is struggling to maintain $1 on the day of the RS. One might say it seems a bit too perfect. Shorts literally can do whatever they want as fubo doesn’t produce updates or news of any type. Particularly good news

$fubo fully capitulated. if they can be get people to be excited about this stock it will apprecaite will fast. A lot of the "weaker" hands have sold off.

@StockResearchWk @davidgandler I understand your point and we are just talking different views with the same information. You see no guidance as a positive impact at some point because they need more time to guide properly. And I see no guidance as a negative impact.

I was referring to fiscal Q1 not the upcoming Q2 quarter, but your point is taken street is forecasting net income in 27 yes we are putting faith in ads business uplift from disney ecosystem/espn distribution agreement but I think its reasonable (not gambling) to anticipate a positive impact for 26. The question is just how large will the impact be since we have no guidance

$FUBO buying/holding here is literally gambling at this point. You’re basically putting all your hope and trust into one person @davidgandler and blindly following him with no ability to confirm or validate.

@StockResearchWk @davidgandler I’m telling you man, the way it looks like right now is this company won’t be profitable until 2027-2028. Management is pulling a fast one with the RSS before they officially make that announcement.

@StockResearchWk @davidgandler If that’s the case, why is the street estimating a Q1 EPS of (.06)

@NoPainInvesting At the end of the day all that matters is are your profitable? The expectation was Newco would be profitable in 2026. If you put one and one together. You realize that they are pushing this RSS before everyone understands that they are not and won’t even be close to profits

@NoPainInvesting What more evidence do you need? Right before they closed the merger they pulled guidance. After merger closers, they announce the RSS and still no updated guidance. Q1 EPS is now expecting .06 loss. Before they pulled guidance - Newco was profitable in 2026

$FUBO made a mistake buying around $1.50, it feels like FUBO isn’t part of Disney’s long-term streaming strategy. With no real guidance or clarity, it looks like Disney offloaded an unprofitable asset and management took the deal to keep the company solvent.

@NoPainInvesting What’s happening here is actually really sad. I’m pretty disappointed that I’m even associated with this company at this point.

@W00force I do agree on this. Would be nice to have lofty goals for the RSUs or halt until we see profitability.

@NoPainInvesting They aren’t getting diluted. So long as they continue receiving RSUs they are protected from dilution. So it really doesn’t matter to them if dilution occurs or not

I do see this as a possibility too. I just don’t know why they would want to keep diluting themselves. If I owned 70% of the business it really wouldn’t make sense to dilute unless we were going out of business. These people are too smart and Disney is too rich to attempt to make money off of this small cap stock.

@W00force Disregard. I misread that. I see what you mean. I’m sure Disney was doing this for synergy as well as being able to use FUBO. But I don’t think they would leave it for dead.

@NoPainInvesting That’s the problem. No one should invest serious money based on a hunch or crystal ball. Either provide the plan/guidance. Or admit the real reason for the RSS

@W00force Something is brewing. I do believe they have a plan more than simply putting up RSS.

$FUBO all the bulls are dead and gone. Historically, this is always the best time to buy. Admittedly, I’m even hesitant to add more. The RSS seems really shady. I don’t like that they are only decreasing the outstanding shares but leaving the authorized shares the same 🚩🚩🚩

@derminvests @BgBlue92 100% Honestly it looks really terrible. I have to assume that they expect to be a money loser for awhile and this RSS protects the capital structure but screws the investors. That’s the only thing I can think of after sitting on this for awhile.

@W00force @BgBlue92 Why would any institutional investor buy? They don’t know what they are buying. There is no guidance. And they throw on a RSS to add to the uncertainty. The only thing that could redeem them is giving guidance at the time they announce the final RSS ratio and date which I doubt

@BgBlue92 I agree this has to be the base theory until proven otherwise. All the evidence also points to this: 1. No guidance but showing (.06) EPS. - looks like HULU is losing a lot of money. 2. RSS demonstrates absolutely no confidence in the fundamentals.

RSS has killed any interest in RI once the RS happens do u really see this doing well can it really 2/3/4x before it gets shorted again? I doubt it I sold at 1.63 heavy loss for me but glad I moved on, DG has killed this stock and imo company. Disney have their plan and don’t think DG and his clan are in it imo
