#wwfc | O’Neil paying the price for decisions made before him I’m seeing plenty already questioning the Head Coach’s position & after Saturday I can understand the frustration, but I do think a few other factors should be considered. I would suggest that if the two horrendous officiating decisions that have gone against Wolves had gone the correct way, it would be seven points and not four & I’m not sure he’d be getting the grief he is now if Wolves were 12/13th. I’d also say that O’Neil has had zero preseason and that’s because both the club and Lopetegui played poker to see who’d blink first in a situation that had been developing for months. Finally & I’m surprised by how little this is written or talked about, but the summer window clear out was a result of multiple bad decisions over few years that left the club in a situation where they needed to balance the books & the result of this is now being carried by the new man when in reality that’s not on him. I do have my concerns, but we are all great managers from the stands & it’s not like it’s been relentlessly diabolical because we have seen some good halves of football. Social media is a cruel & brutal place, but it’s somewhere where everyone is entitled to an opinion, however I do hope the former Bournemouth Head Coach proves those who’ve fired some unpleasant shots his way wrong. There are 3 IEDs In This Photo...Do You See Them? Quality training matters. For some that means running glass house drills, or spending time on the land nav course. For EOD Team Members, it means getting a ton of stick time on the robotic platforms that we use. Every IED that an EOD tech can render safe with the robot, is one less IED that the EOD Team Leader has to expose themselves to in the bomb suit. I was incredibly lucky to have a team of high performers who could see and predict the battlefield. They kept me alive more than once, and for them I am forever grateful. Hard training saves lives. What is the best training you've received, and what made it so good?
