Earlier this year I gave my life to Jesus. Best decision I ever made.
As some of you may know last year/this year I've dealt with really bad anxiety, my mental health was horrible. At times I felt hopeless, I felt like no one/nothing could help me.
I'm not saying I'm 100% better now but ever since my journey this year with God, everything just feels lighter, better, easier. I feel like I don't have to carry emotions etc... alone anymore.
Been wanting to share this and I thought I'd do it❤️

In my case, if I didn’t make it the primary goal of when we practice and play officials, it was never going to get better. Start with one goal at a time and build up from there. If I can do it you can too.

For the past two years, I haven't had any significant problems expressing frustrations to my teammates during the game. However, in the last couple of weeks, those issues resurfaced, so I had to focus intensely on managing them in every moment of every round.
