@User7460589 Savio is just a worse version of Ndiaye. Left footed winger who is better off the left than the right is an immediate red flag. Ndiaye is surely better 1v1, trickier and most importantly knows how to kick a ball, unlike Mr 1 goal a season.

@WashedUp28 Savio objectively has a higher ceiling tbh. Just don’t see it with Ndiaye. Volume dribbler who penetrates the box then does nout with it.
Savio is arguably better 1v1, more proficient on both sides, better crosser, better passer etc.

I think we can all agree where we need massive improvements. Need a complete new forward line. Richarlison will never be a consistent goal scorer and he needs selling ASAP. Palhinha who i love but being our 2nd highest goal scorer as a defensive midfielder is piss poor

Tottenham should be targeting:
— Proper goalscorers.
— Wingers with final ball.
— Deep passer. Rather, a pass first midfielder.
Seeing a lot of names like Nico G, Scott, etc. but they aren’t really pass first midfielders. More carry first midfielders than the squad is already bloated with.
The front line needs a complete revamp. The only one good enough to start is Kudus. I don’t mind Tel as a project, backup option. Rest can go.

For once going into a season, with the addition of Vuskovic, Senesi, and Robertson, I do not think defense is the biggest concern to fix. Van De Ven/Senesi LCB depth. Vuskovic/Danso RCB depth. Robertson/Udogie LB depth. Spence/Porro RB depth. People will say need 1 more centre back, but I’d trust Byfield as 5th option. You may as well extend Davies on incredibly low wages too, just to keep him around the squad. Not to seriously play.

35 of our 41 points this season (85%) came from games in which Rodrigo Bentancur played.
Owed an apology by Spurs fans and, genuinely in my opinion, has a very strong argument for player of the season.

My suspicion is that the popular call of removing Bentancur from the starting XI will probably not improve our ball progression.
