The most dangerous advice given to founders isn't about pre-scaling infrastructure, scaling your team, etc. It's the pressure to chase trends, build for consensus, and force a solution into a pre-existing box-of-the-moment.
This path leads to incremental products fighting for scraps in crowded markets.
Enduring products are built differently. They start with a hard, fundamental problem and build from first principles, even if it means rejecting the current "gold standard." That's where real moats are created and new categories are born.
Founders, be careful out there.

Utterly devastated. Completely and totally crushed by the past countless ... sleepless hours. Life has been challenging, to say the least for a while. Koa passed away peacefully, last night. It was sudden. Likely in no pain. He has been my rock. My best friend. My everything. I'm in so much pain. This can't be real. I'm all alone, fighting for my life. He was all I had. I dont have any family near. I've been on such a journey of my own return back to things I have nothing but ... but ... I just want a hug from a human. To get back to living life. Now... I'm empty. I just can't. I've endured so much. The house, the space, the walks, it's all quiet. Everything from all the surgeries, and loss, and more he was there for me and I was there for him. Koa was a miracle in his own right, not expected to have ever lived past two years old, and through more than anything I could go into, fighting, he was able to enjoy 13.5 years of life. Two or more walks a day. Every day. We were connected at some level that there are no words for yet. We felt each other, we knew each other. I can't express what this means to me, what this has done to me. If anyone has spent any time following any of my my journey. Knows ... knows a good deal, but not the WHOLE story. So to say this broke me, is an understatement.

Excited to share a deeper look at @UseReasoner and our neurosymbolic reasoning engine.
Spoiler alert: for the demo to @FortuneMagazine, we used the interconnecting web of OpenAI's dense, complicated, multi-legal entity, multi-continent legal documents from the terms of use to privacy policy (there's *43* of them!), and had Reasoner answer the query "how can a malicious user exploit the differences between OpenAI's US and EU/UK terms of service to avoid responsibility for harmful AI outputs?"
