@NelsonTotah This is the standard line for NINDS, the 2nd biggest institute that funds Neuro (Aging is slightly bigger afaik). They're one of the few institutes that publish their lines . But institutes are typically comparable. NIDCD had a 10% at the last deadline, when NINDS was at 11%.

@Wessel_Lab Sorry to see this Jan. Is this across all centers or specific to one? And this is for parent awards and not RFAs and PAs?

If it wasn't for the severe implications this has for lab staff, all you could do is laugh at the NIH paylines at this point.
