@EzraCookVA What helps me is that I don't view it as losing. Every audition, I challenge myself to find something that is "uniquely them". Even if I don't get the role, I'm learning new things about myself that I didn't know I could do that is all very valuable knowledge for future roles. ✨

I'm still at the point in VA where I still need to figure out how to cope with losing better. I find that I still get all out of shape when I lose and that's just not fair to the people who clearly deserve what they earned. Any tips?
