@WixHelp when I set up my website through Wix, someone helped me. She became the site owner and made me co-owner. A few weeks ago, I tried to cancel all my subscriptions through Wix. I am unable to cancel my premium plan. I have updated my payment plans as requested.

@Wix I waited 2 months to transfer my domain bought with you to another provider just to learn that I need to wait another 2 months because the old email address the domain was registered with was a different backup email. No way to know before the "transfer away from Wix" button was enabled. That is fraudulent. Now Im paying 4 months for a domain I can't even use. Weird. Deceitful tactics.

@Wix double charged me from $200 something to $400 something, been on hold now for almost an hour after several transfers and nobody willing to explain or fix the double charge. Live chat and phone support-no one knows how to help or will offer to help.

@Wix @WixHelp you all are scamming. I NEED MY REFUND. You send emails to two of my emails for my one account. You have my # and double the price of an auto renewal I tried to cancel and there was a log of it that is now deleted. Have a supervisor call me. Horrible company. SCAM!!
